Moving Head Planetary Cutting
Boston Matthews design and manufacture a range Planetary Cutters for precision accurate cutting of thin walled tubes.
The cutters automatically detect line speed and initiate the cutting process whilst travelling with the product in order to produce a clean square cut without producing any swarf.

A Colour Touch Screen control as standard for clear and simple set-up and operation. Features also include Batch Counting, Length Setting, Speed of Blade Rotation, Test Cut Facility and Security Setting.
All Cutters are CE Marked with fully enclosed interlocked safety guarding fitted as standard.
All Boston Matthews Planetary cutters are easily integrated with any existing extrusion line. A signal from the Caterpillar Haul-Off is required.
