An AC Motor with Forced Ventilation and encoder feedback driving through a precision helical gearbox; high torque vertical shaft; anti-backlash bearing and worm wheels ensures maximum efficiency providing consistent, noise-free operation with improved torque range.AC Flux Vector Technology ensure precision speed holding at all times.

Low Running Costs

Grooved Belt Support Rollers improve belt tracking and prolongs the life of the belts. AC Vector Drive & high efficiency transmission reduces energy consumption by as much as 5% when compared to the DC alternatives. The absence of motor brushes provides virtual maintenance free running, greatly reducing costs.

Operator Safety

CE marked with fully enclosed interlocked safety guard fitted as standard.

24V operator controls comply with all current LVD (Low Voltage Directive.) whilst RFI Filters comply with the EMC Directive.
