An AC Motor with Forced Ventilation and encoder feedback driving through a precision helical gearbox; high torque vertical shaft; anti-backlash bearings and worm gearboxes ensures maximum transmission efficiency providing consistent, noise-free operation with an improved torque range.
CE marked with fully enclosed interlocked safety guard fitted as standard. 24V operator controls comply with all current LVD (Low Voltage Directive.) whilst RFI Filters comply with the EMC Directive.
Grooved Belt Support Rollers improve belt tracking and prolongs the life of the belts.
AC Vector Drive & high efficiency transmission reduces energy consumption by as much as 5% when compared to the DC alternatives.
The absence of motor brushes provides virtual maintenance free running, greatly reducing costs.
The Model ‘CW’ can be configured to integrate with any existing extrusion equipment or extrusion line.
