Guillotine Cutting
Boston Matthews design and manufacture a range Guillotine Cutters for the precision accurate in-line cutting of tubes, profiles and pipes.
The powerful cutting action and strong base construction allows for a stable, vibration free cutting process to enable high quality performance at all times.
A number of options including heated blade and bushes are available to meet the exact requirements of the product and processing environment.
A moving head Guillotine is also available in the range. This automatically detects line speed and initiates the cutting sequence when this is meet in order to produce a completely clean square every time.

Simple control as standard for clear and simple set-up and operation. Features also include Batch Counting, Length Setting, Speed of Blade Rotation, Test Cut Facility and Security Setting.
All Guillotines are CE Marked with fully enclosed interlocked safety guarding fitted as standard.
All Boston Matthews Guillotines are easily integrated with any existing extrusion line. A signal from the Caterpillar Puller is required.
