Boston Matthews design and manufacture a range of Servo controlled travelling saws for the accurate and repeatable sawing of extruded tubes, pipes and profile completely in-line.
The Servo Controlled Table automatically tracks line speed before initiating the sawing operations. This produces a clean, square, accurate cut length every time.
The "vanishing" saw carriage curtain greatly reduces the overall footprint and provides a safer workplace environment.
Options including Swarf collection are available to meet with the exact requirements of each extrusion operation.
The Servo travelling saws are available in a range of sizes.
