The elimination of the clutch, belt & pulley arrangement and friction surfaces virtually eliminates maintenance and accuracy is unaffected by wear.
Clutchless operation greatly reduces operational noise and eliminates dust particles from clutch friction surfaces making it ideal for Clean Room operation.
Servo technology ensure the blade stating and finishing position are repeatable for precise cut lengths.
Servo technology also enables high speed cutting at up to 3000 cut/min – dependent upon the product and cut length.
Colour Touch Screen control as standard for clear and simple set-up and operation.
Features also include Batch Counting, Length Setting, Speed of Blade Rotation, Test Cut Facility and Security Setting.
All Boston Matthews cutters are easily integrated with any existing extrusion line.
