Munchy

Munchy invented the Dual-Diameter Screw which enables material to be fed directly into the machine without the need for any size reducing operation. This minimises the thermal degradation of the material and therefore produces the highest quality pellet. It is recognised the pellet produced using a Munchy system is far superior than any alternative making Munchy the preferred recycling system of the Blown Film Industry.

Designed specifically to be positioned alongside a Blown Film Line the Munchy has a small, uninstructive footprint.

To avoid cross-contamination and for minimum downtime the Munchy is of open construction for easy and quick cleaning.

Pellets can be cooled by air or water depending upon the polymer and output required.

The Munchy has been designed to operate with minimum noise levels and minimum dust particles.

The Munchy can be fed with material directly on-line, in-feed rollers or a Silo

The Munchy is designed so that the operator can undertake all routine maintenance without the assistance of a specialist maintenance engineer.

The Munchy is designed to be as energy efficient as possible for low cost operation.
